Shipping

1. We do our best to get a tracking number to you within 1-2 days if possible, but please allow at least 1-week minimum processing at most.
2. Orders over $200 will arrive in a custom pink G.IRL Co Vintage box, then placed inside a plain bag for shipping.
3. Unfortunately, orders under $200 will not include the box, but will instead be shipped inside a pink bag (and will also be placed inside another plain bag).
4. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided. If an address is entered wrong and item is sent to the wrong location, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Shipping is non-refundable. 
5. G.IRL Co is unfortunately not responsible for any broken, damaged, lost or stolen packages once packages leave our hands and goes to USPS/UPS. It is no longer within our control at that point. If any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS/UPS to resolve the issue. 
6. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please measure your foot to ensure that shoes fit!
7. Our business hours are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 9am-5pm est. If you send us an email, please allow up to 24hrs for a reply during these hours! Emails sent over the weekend or on any holiday will receive a reply the next business day!

Should there be any further delay in shipping your order for any reason (such a low inventory/stock, etc), we will be sure to contact you ahead of time.
