Shipping

  1. Since our items are hand-made, please allow at least 1-week minimum for your products to be processed and made before shipment. Tracking numbers are typically sent out on Mondays.
  2. Shipments are dropped off at USPS every Thursday and usually take 3-5 standard business days to arrive. However, due to COVID-19 please expect an additional 2-week shipping delay caused by USPS. This delay is not within our control.
  3. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided. If an address is entered wrong and item is sent to the wrong location, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Shipping is non-refundable. 
  4. G.IRL Co is unfortunately not responsible for any broken, damaged, lost or stolen packages once packages leave our hands and goes to USPS. It is no longer within our control at that point. If any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS to resolve the issue. 
  5. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, you will have 24 hours to do so and there will be a $5 restock fee taken from your refund. Once the 24 hour margin has passed, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
  6. Our business hours are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 9am-5pm est. If you send us an email, please allow up to 24hrs for a reply during these hours! Emails sent over the weekend or on any holiday will receive a reply the next business day!

Should there be any further delay in shipping your order for any reason (such a low inventory/stock, etc), we will be sure to contact you ahead of time.
