1. Orders are shipped weekly every Wednesday (if you placed an order on a Tuesday, your order will be shipped out the following week, not the next day!). 
  2. No matter what day you placed an order, you'll receive a tracking number by Monday, this is the only day we create the labels! Once it is dropped off at the post office on Wednesday, please allow 24hrs for your tracking number to be updated.
  3. Please allow up to one week minimum (two week maximum) for your item to be processed and made before shipment. If there is any further delay in your order, we will be sure to contact you ahead of time. Exceptions may be made only to pre-order items, and the email you receive will include the date your item will be shipped out on!
  4. All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive between 2-5 business days. 
  5. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided; if an address is entered wrong and item is sent to the wrong location, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Shipping is non-refundable. 
  6. Broken and damaged packages are insured through USPS, but lost or stolen packages are not. G.IRL is not responsible for these, so if any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS to resolve the issue. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at helloshopgirl.co@gmail.com and include "Damaged Item" in the subject line, with photos of the damaged items, proof of purchase, and your order number, and we'll try our best to resolve the issue and file a claim with USPS!
  7. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, you will have 24 hours to do so and there will be a $5 restock fee taken from your refund. Once the 24 hour margin has passed, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
  8. Our business hours are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 9am-5pm. If you send us an email, please allow up to 24hrs for a reply during these hours!
